Before bulk order was produced I was told a price for shipping. After the bulk order was complete, the supplier charged me $1,000 USD higher than original amount. To ensure my customers were not delayed their products, I had to pay it. As well as them not wanting to offer me a full refund because they had already produced the bulk. Product itself was well made.
